Features the groups 3 Billboard ballads **  & a billboard dance hit of their cover of I SPECIALIZE IN LOVE .  This time around, Clive Davis produced the girls 3rd album - even though there are MANY strong High Energy dance tracks - the label concentrated on releasing their ballads from this album.
